Style Icon Saturdays by Cate Featuring: Kate Hudson

Kate Hudson is always an actress that I have had an admiration for. She is funny, talented, and beautiful but most importantly she is someone who lives life to the beat of her own drum and that speaks clearly in her sense of style.

Kate is never afraid to dress comfortably and casually (something I love) while being chic at the same time.

Here are some of my personal favourite looks from Kate (there were a lot to choose from) that I think showcase her easy-going, bohemian style.

Kate is almost always seen on the streets of New York or Los Angeles rocking the ultra casual look (if you haven't guessed by now is my fav) and doing it so well. She also pairs her jeans with slightly looser fitting tops. Kate also loves to wear her jeans with a variety of different shoes, sneakers, heels, sandals, you name it, Kate rocks it.

When Kate decides it's time to dress up, she does it well. She never looks overdone even while rocking a leather skirt and hot pink stilettos.

Kate is someone I always look for on the Red Carpet because she knows how to accomplish the perfect look. Her dresses are always fabulous and her hair and makeup are never a miss. Kate has an enviable body and she knows how to show it off in a classier way, whether it is with a low neck or a backless dress.

Another really awesome thing about Kate is that she is certainly not afraid to walk out the door without makeup on. She always looks so youthful. Kate has always been someone to express her love for taking care of her self from the inside out and it shows. 

Kate is one of my person Style Icons because she dresses the way she wants and not to fit the pressures of Hollywood Life. She also values the importance of taking care of herself from within first which is something we all can learn from.
