Meg's Beauty, Fashion, & Lifestyle Wishlist

FASHION

  • Black Cigarette Pants (a la Audrey Hepburn) that won't break the bank

I've been searching for the perfect pair of trousers forever, but unfortunately every time I find the perfect pair, in petite, like these beauties from ASOS they are not available in my size. Alas!
  • Beautiful Blouses

Like my quest for black trousers, I've also been looking for tops of a more professional (yet still chic) style as I am about to start teaching school and need clothes to, well, teach in! These are from Modcloth and there's a lot more where they come from!

BEAUTY
  • Chinchilly, Smokin' Hot, After School Boy Blazer & Geranium Nailpolishes from Essie

When it comes to Essie nail polishes I can't pick just one.
  • Not Your Mother's Way To Grow Long and Strong Shampoo

I am growing my hair out long at the moment (until I cut it off into another bob!) and getting strong, silky hair is my main goal. I've heard interesting things about this product and want to find out if the hype is true.

READING

If you read any of my Meg Reads posts you probably know that I am an absolute sucker for biographies of any kind! I need to get my hands on a copy of North of Normal which is Cea's unconventional story. Cea grew up in the wilderness of Alberta with her young mother and grandparents. They had decided to move there from California to get away from civilization completely. Thus, they lived a remote existence, hunting and gathering and living in a teepee. When Cea was only five her mother took her travelling across the country, an adventure rife with setbacks and disfunction, which lead Cea to question the life she knew. If the unusual setting and characters didn't interest you enough, Cea became an international model at the age of 13... I'm dying to know how the transition from nature girl to model happened, aren't you?

MISC.

Cate introduced me to this cute little app where you can take your own pictures and make a well-crafted case out of them. The cases look beautiful and textures, and you can interchange them as you print more cases! Perfect!

What's on your wishlist? Let me know in the comments!
